The core is then supported by a carbon fiber reinforced glass fiber frame, with its twin-tube construction for added rigidity under all conditions. This frame is formed using a twin-tube frame molding process which creates the stiffest, most durable frame structure to date. In the second stage, the foam isthen added to the frame and the face fabrics are applied.

But that is not all. Osaka also has a new drilling system. Their upgraded hole-drilling process has created 68 holes with sharper edges, providing spin and better control on sliced shots.
